Great Service, Great Value with Vantage Brantford

Carrie & Bob Laidman were living in Hamilton when Carrie’s decision to pursue studies at the Brantford Campus of Mohawk College enticed the couple to look for a Brantford-area home. A stop at the Stirling Bridge model homes in nearby Burford convinced them that a Vantage unit in the builder’s Vantage Brantford development would be the ideal place for their family.

“We saw the model home and fell in love. We ended up buying the exact same unit,” remembers Carrie, who was immediately struck by the “beautiful, large front porch” and “bright bay windows” of the two-storey, end unit townhouse that backs onto green space.

“We felt the price was incredible,” she adds. “A three-bedroom, three-bath unit with an ensuite would have been much more in the Hamilton real estate market.”

While an initial delay in the completion of the Laidman’s new home necessitated a hotel stay when their Hamilton property sold, Carrie notes that temporary accommodations were paid for by Stirling Bridge.

“They took good care of us,” she remembers.

For the Laidman family, the joy of moving in to their newly-completed town home made it all worthwhile.

“I walked in and was immediately struck by the high ceilings, sliding glass door and big windows – it was so bright and beautiful in here,” Carrie recalls. “Going upstairs, I noticed that the home was very roomy. I just looked around and said, ‘Wow!’”

The Laidmans continue to stay in touch with Stirling Bridge builders as they plan the completion of a few final details of their new home, such as driveway paving and landscaping. They remain pleased with the level of attention and service they receive.

“The team has been upfront and honest, just fantastic,” Carrie says. “We love our house and feel we got great value for our money.”
