Vantage Brantford Offers Quality-Built Town Homes

For Carrie and Bob Laidman, the decision to purchase a new Stirling Bridge town home in the Vantage Brantford development was a straightforward decision.

“We looked at the model home and loved the idea of having a corner unit along the berm at the back of the community,” says Carrie, who felt that their particular Vantage model offered the spacious feel her family was looking for, both within the complex and in the home itself.

“Our location is quiet and out of the way, with no one behind us. It doesn’t feel like an ordinary town home,” she explains. “There are no other doors right beside ours; we have the large front porch to ourselves. There’s room for our two cars, plenty of visitor parking, and walking trails that we love to explore with our two dogs. This whole area is so beautiful, and with Sobey’s and Shoppers (Drug Mart) right across the street, we really appreciate the convenience.”

While their home was under construction, Carrie and Bob visited model homes presented by other area builders and came away more pleased than ever with their home-buying decision.

“It made us really appreciate the quality of our own home,” Carrie exclaims. “Others looked beautiful, but the quality of the interiors is much better here. When purchasing our home, we only made a few changes. We upgraded the basic countertops and bath tile, chose new handles and knobs and added lights in the showers, but that was about it. We hardly needed to upgrade at all; the detail work is great inside the house.”

“With the sliding doors and big windows it’s bright and beautiful in here,” she adds.
“For a three bedroom, three bath home with an ensuite, we felt the price was incredible and that we got a great value. I’m amazed at how big the master bedroom is. With a walk-in closet and full length shower, it’s like living in a hotel. We love our home and would recommend Vantage Brantford to anyone!”
