James McGorman has extensive development experience that began in the mid-1960s in construction and most recently, as the founding partner of Armour Mexico. Armour developed 655 single-family homes over a 24-month period. Prior to this, Mr. McGorman developed retirement homes and renovated industrial and commercial buildings across Ontario. Jeffrey Wilson - Vice-President jwilson@stirlingbridge.ca Jeffrey Wilson has practised as a registered architect in Ontario since 1983. He formed his own architectural firm specializing in multi-family residential architecture in 1987. His firm completed many distinctive residential projects across southern Ontario. Prior to joining Stirling Bridge, Mr. Wilson was the Vice-President of Development Consulting for a leading Toronto real estate developer. Rick Ecker - Project Manager recker@stirlingbridge.ca Rick Ecker was trained in civil engineering technology and launched into the new home building industry more than 10 years ago. He has worked with innovative and progressive, team-oriented homebuilders from large, reputable and full-service development companies to smaller, less formal organizations. Mr. Ecker is dedicated to ensuring that site servicing is completed on time and on budget. Lila Diaczyk - Marketing & Investor Relations Manager ldiaczyk@stirlingbridge.ca Lila Diaczyk oversees the creation of all marketing materials for Stirling Bridge Limited including regular updates to the company’s website. In addition, she creates all private investor documentation for company projects as well as all investor communications for each project. Ms. Diaczyk has been with the company since its inception. Prior to Stirling Bridge, she worked with Mr. McGorman in his other real estate development activities. Michael Doran - Project Coordinator mdoran@stirlingbridge.ca Michael Doran joined the Stirling Bridge team in May of 2007 while completing a Political Science degree from McMaster University. He has worked in the financial sector for the last eight years at the Bank of Montreal and at Metcalfe Investments. He assists with the management of several projects. Pamela Gauthier - Accounting Manager pgauthier@stirlingbridge.ca Pam Gauthier brings a strong background in both accounting and administration to Stirling Bridge. She has worked in the accounting field for small and medium-sized businesses for more than 15 years. Her professionalism, expertise and proficiency in accounting software make her a valuable asset to the Stirling Bridge team. Pam graduated from the Toronto School of Business with a diploma in Accounting and Business Administration.
